Timeline for Spring Election

  • The first day to vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office is, March 23, 2021

  • The last day to vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office is, April 4, 2021

  • March 17, 2021– Last day for electors to register to vote by mail or online for 

Spring Primary Election.  After this date electors must register in clerk’s office or

at the polls.

  • April 1, 2021 @ 5:00 p.m. Last day for electors to request absentee ballots by mail, online

Email, or fax for the Spring Primary.

  • March 31, 2021– Public Test of the Electronic Voting Machines at the Town Hall

W698 County Road DD, Neshkoro, WI  54960 at 10:00 AM

  • April 6, 2021– (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM) Election Day.  Open registration for electors to vote in the Spring Primary.

VOTERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE POLL LIST

2011 Wisconsin Act 23 requires a voter to sign the poll list, unless a disability prevents the 

Voter from doing so.

“…each eligible elector…shall state his or her full name and address…The officials shall then REQUIRE THE ELECTOR TO ENTER HIS OR HER SIGNATURE on the poll list…unless the elector is exempt from the signature requirement due to a disability…. (paraphrased).  6.79(2)(a), Wis. Stats.

THEREFORE:

*If you are not prevented from signing because of a disability, and you refuse to sign, you will          not be issued a ballot.

*If the inspectors do not believe your claim that a disability prevents you from signing, you may be required to vote a challenged ballot.

Notice is hereby given that the Public Test of the Electronic Voting Machines to be used by the Town of Neshkoro at the February 16, 2021, Primary Primary Election, will be conducted  On Friday, February 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Town of Neshkoro Hall:
W698 County Road DD
Neshkoro, WI  54960

This test is open to the general public.

  • January 27, 2021 – Last day for electors to register to vote by mail or online for  Spring Primary Election.  After this date electors must register in clerk’s office or at the polls.
  • February 11, 2021 Last day for electors to request absentee ballots by mail, online Email, or fax for the Spring Primary.

Polls are open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

On Election Day.  Town of Neshkoro’s

polling place is the Town Hall on W698

County Road DD, Neshkoro, WI.

Please have your valid picture ID when you come to vote.

For registration or absentee voting requests please go to https://myvote.wi.gov/.

If you prefer not to use the MyVote site you can send your forms, copy of ID, and proof of residence to 

Town of Neshkoro, Cheryl Milbrandt, W217 County Road DD, Neshkoro, WI  54960.

Registering to vote at the polls:  Be sure to bring your photo ID and proof of residency at that time.  If your drivers license has your voting address listed then that will work as your proof of residency.
